Trade

Trade without unnecessary complexity.

ARK Trade holds the relationship on both sides of a transaction. Suppliers deal with one commercial counterpart. Buyers deal with one commercial counterpart. Everything in between — negotiation, documentation, movement and delivery — is ours to manage.

Capabilities

Six ways product moves through ARK Trade.

01

Import

Bringing quality products from international suppliers into target markets — supplier verification, commercial terms, shipping and inbound documentation.

02

Export

Connecting locally and regionally sourced products with international buyers, and holding the buyer relationship on the far side of the transaction.

03

Distribution

Developing reliable channels to place products into the right markets — distributors, retailers and commercial buyers matched to the product.

04

Wholesale

Volume trade at wholesale terms, structured around consistent repeat supply rather than one-off opportunistic lots.

05

Commercial Representation

Acting as the commercial presence for manufacturers and suppliers in markets where they have no local footprint.

06

Cross-Border Trade

Moving goods between jurisdictions with the documentation, terms and logistics coordination that each route actually requires.

How it works

We sit between supply and demand.

Most trade fails on the join, not on the product. ARK Trade takes ownership of the join.

01

Hold both relationships

We maintain a direct commercial relationship with the supplier and with the buyer. Neither side has to manage a counterparty they have never met in a market they do not know.

02

Agree commercial terms

Pricing, volumes, incoterms, payment structure and lead times are negotiated once and set out clearly, so the transaction does not stall halfway.

03

Handle documentation

Invoices, certificates, packing lists and the paperwork each border demands — prepared correctly the first time.

04

Coordinate movement

Freight, consolidation and delivery coordinated to the destination, with a single point of accountability throughout.

05

Repeat

A first shipment is a test. The value is in the second, the tenth and the standing order that follows.

Transaction models

Flexible on structure, fixed on reliability.

  • Direct purchase and resale
  • Agency and commission arrangements
  • Exclusive and non-exclusive distribution
  • Buy-to-order against confirmed demand
  • Ongoing supply agreements

If a structure works commercially for both sides and can be delivered reliably, we will trade on it.
